I first realized my love of working with people in the action sports industry after high school. During college, I ran skate and snow shops, always dreaming of snowboarding in Colorado one day.

In 2007, I was given the opportunity to come to Littleton, Colorado to be a youth pastor, eventually transitioning into adult ministries. Throughout my time in ministry, I have learned volumes about loving people where they are, leading teens and adults, developing programs, and building relationships.

I love being able to help make an impact in people's daily lives in a tangible way. I am excited to step into the role of Executive Director of True Impact Ministries. With nearly 20 years of ministry experience, I bring curiosity, understanding, and leadership skills with me. In our free time, Traci and I spend as much time with our kids, Asher and Amery, as we can between Amery's cheer schedule and Asher's college life.

I love riding bikes and snowboarding these days as often as possible. After years of unofficial coaching in work/pastoral settings, I decided to get the training to gain credentials as an International Coaching Federation, Professional Leadership and Management Coach, this goes along with believing in people, and their ability to identify the future they desire for themselves, and helping put steps in place to assist them in achieving desired outcomes.
