I am currently a Healthcare Construction Management Executive with Medxcel FM, specializing in complex programs, systems, project types & team collaboration.

I have led national & international organizations, program & project delivery teams and national scale capital programs for over 35 years in Europe, North & South America.​

I was recently named a faculty Fellow of the Center for Health Systems & Design, College of Architecture, Texas A & M. I have been Founder and Chair of two non-profit organizations focused on at-risk youth and job skills development for 2nd Career (or beyond) adults.

I am a frequent speaker on personal motivation, high-performance teams, team collaboration techniques, US healthcare reform & Capital Programs and Life Balance.​During my personal time I enjoy hiking, climbing, bicycle endurance riding, motorcycle touring, camping, backpacking, reading, history and muscle car restoration.

I have accompanied True Impact on multiple trips, leading the medical clinics we set up while there.
